Procrastination. Most of us experience it. Waiting until the last minute to write an essay, study for a test, or complete the assigned reading is a common occurrence for many high schoolers. After a full day of classes and after school activities, we often choose to relax, scroll through social media, take a nap, or play a game. “Just for an hour,” we say. But then one hour becomes two, and then four. That’s when panic sets in.
