Sofia Rodriguez, Opinion Editor
Sofia Rodriguez, junior, is eager to jump into her second year at the Wildcat as the paper’s Opinion Editor. She hopes to make an impact through articles and interactions–things necessary for her two aspiring careers as a writer and nurse.
When not poring over paragraphs with a coffee in hand, you’ll find her screaming her favorite lyrics at local indie concerts or managing one of her many clubs. She shares her time with medicine in the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) program, the National Honors Society of Sports Medicine (NHSSM), and the Athletic Training Internship. She is always writing, whether it be articles for the Wildcat or flash-fiction as the Inkwell Literary Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief.
She spends the rest of her time climbing her own Plath-inspired fig tree to explore her passions in concert photography and poetry. But, if she ends up spending more time with her friends than with her Google Docs, she’ll be happy regardless.
