Ellie Segura, Opinion Editor
Ellie Segura, senior, is excited to begin her first year on staff as Opinion Editor and amplify the student voice of BOHS through journalism. At school, Ellie is involved in Speech and Debate, Academic Decathlon, Robotics, Rotary Interact, Spanish Club, and NHS. Off campus, Ellie represents the K-12 population of BOUSD as the student board representative and is committed to serve the community and improve student life across all BOUSD schools. An avid fan of TV, Ellie’s all-time favorite production is the comedic series, The Good Place. When not writing and editing pieces, Ellie spends her spare time entertaining her cat, Schmidt, reading books, and practicing the clarinet.
