Jess Vargas, Illustrator

Jessica (Jess) Vargas (’26) looks forward to being an artist on the Wildcat staff to grow her creative skills. Jess is the president of the scrapbooking club. Beyond her interest in scrapbooking, you can find Jess drawing both digitally and traditionally, or creating new ceramic pieces. She enjoys her after school time wandering around thrift stores, binge watching movies, and hanging out with friends. After high school, Jess wants to pursue a career in small business in hopes to soon have her own little shop selling handmade accessories and ceramic pieces.

Bonnie Zuniga, Staff Writer

Bonnie Zuniga (‘28) is excited to join the Wildcat as a staff writer to express the love for her passions. Bonnie is a member of the girls’ wrestling team and strives to be an inspiration for her teammates. Outside of school and practice, you’ll find her at comic stores or building her CD collection at Amoeba Music. She also loves thrifting, upcycling, and practically lives with her headphones on. She loves the arts, creative writing, producing things unique to her, and ranting about things she loves most. She looks forward to gaining her voice as a writer, figuring herself out, and connecting to her peers during her time here. After high school, she wishes to pursue a career in fashion design and to continue connecting with other
